Chicken Tikka Pizza


Hey Guys,  Recipe Dude is here with the brand new recipe of Chicken Tikka Pizza.
So give it a try and enjoy eating Chicken Tikka Pizza without yeast and without oven.

INGREDIENTS:

 For Pizza Dough:


  1.  Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 cup.
  2.  Baking Soda 1/2 tbsp.
  3.  Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
  4.  Salt 1 tbsp.
  5.  Yogurt 2 tbsp.
  6.  Oil 2 tbsp.
  7.  Water 1/2 cup.


 For Chicken Tikka Topping:


  1.  Oil 1 tbsp.
  2.  Tikka Masala 1 or 1/2 tbsp.
  3.  Boneless Chicken 200 gms.
  4.  Yogurt 1/4 cup.
  5.  Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp.


 For Pizza Sauce:


  1.  Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp.
  2.  Peeled and Chopped Tomatoes (2 large)
  3.  Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
  4.  Red Chili (crushed) 1 tbsp.
  5.  Salt 1/2 tbsp.
  6.  Mixed Herb 1/2 tbsp.
  7.  Oil 1 tbsp.
  8.  Chopped Onion (1 medium)
  9.  Tomato Ketchup 1/4 cup.
  10.  Black Pepper (crushed) 1/2 tbsp.


DIRECTIONS:


FOR PIZZA DOUGH:


  •    In a bowl, add baking soda, sugar, salt, and all-purpose flour and mix them well.
  •    Then mix yogurt and oil well.
  •    Add water and knead until the dough is formed, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.


FOR CHICKEN TIKKA TOPPING:


  •    Add Garlic, tikka masala and yogurt in a frying pan.
  •    Then add boneless chicken cubes and oil and mix it well.
  •    Now turn on the flame and mix them all.
  •    Cover it.
  •    Cook for 5 minutes then cook on high flame until dry and set aside.

 

FOR PIZZA SAUCE:


  •    Add garlic and oil in frying pan and mix them.
  •    Add tomatoes and mix them.
  •    Add onion, sugar, crushed red chili, salt, mixed herbs and mix well.
  •    Cover it.
  •    Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  •    Add crushed black pepper with tomato ketchup, mix them.
  •    Let it cool down.
  •    Add cooked tomato mixture in the grinder, grind it until it becomes smooth and set aside.
  •    Grease hand with oil and knead the dough again.
  •    Sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin on the working surface.
  •    Heat griddle, place rolled dough and prick with a fork.
  •    Cover it.
  •    Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  •    Then flip it carefully.
  •    Cook the other side for at least three(3) minutes. 
  •    Grease with oil and flip again and cook for 1.5 minutes and turn off the flame.
  •    Add and spread prepared pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, tomato, mozzarella
  •    cheese, black olive, and crushed red chili, onion, capsicum.
  •    Turn on the flame, cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts maximum 8 minutes.
  •    Woohoo, Your Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready.
  •    Eat it.
